Victor Clarke was appointed to the Australian Accounting Standards Board from 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2011.
Victor is currently a senior Financial Services assurance partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has over 30 years audit and accounting experience in Ireland and Australia.
Over his career, Victor has worked with a diverse range of financial services clients in the banking, insurance and funds management sectors, both listed and unlisted.
Victor has held a number of senior management positions in the assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, including most recently serving as Financial Assurance Leader from 2005 to 2008. He is a former member of PricwaterhouseCooper’s Global Auditing Committee and a current member of the Global Accounting Committee.
